would definitely recommend for a little getaway

Cozy room, friendly staff. the breakfast was plentiful, with delicious fresh bread rolls and cheese, and the location was fantastic, a short walk to the Marquês de Pombal metro station and just 5 km from the airport.

The close proximity to the metro and the wonderful conversation with the friendly cleaning staff made our stay enjoyable, but the small bathroom and outdated furnishings left much to be desired.

I enjoyed the hotel's charming and warm decor that made me feel at home. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting me with my luggage and providing excellent recommendations for local sights and dining.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

excelsior has a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the metro. the room was cleaned thoroughly, and the wifi worked perfectly. a bonus was being able to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which really helped us enjoy our day.

I enjoyed my stay for 3 nights in a Double Room. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from major attractions and the metro. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, making my experience pleasant. However, the breakfast options could be improved, as they were quite limited.

A solid selection for a budget stay in Lisbon with extraordinarily good value for money. I had a nice conversation with a cleaning staff member from my country that really brightened my day. Make sure to enjoy the breakfast options. they were surprisingly good.
